If for any reason you are not satisfied with your campfire container, simply return the product in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly refund your purchase price, minus shipping and handling.

Please be sure to send your return using UPS Ground, USPS Registered Return Receipt, or any other form of mail that provides tracking and proof of delivery. Please include a note telling us why you are returning your campfire ring. Make sure to specify your name and mailing address. Please also attach a photocopy of your receipt showing the date of purchase.

Likewise, if you are still enjoying your Freedom Campfire Ring, but a part of it has been lost or made unusable, you may contact us for a replacement part.
